* Letter from Debbie and Pastor Wyatt *

Dear Grace Christian Church Family,

Oh how wonderful it is to have a church family!
Many of you know by now we are in Ohio with our son Evan and daughter-in-law, Liliana Brown.

In Liliana’s sixth month of pregnancy she developed severe preeclampsia. She was admitted to the hospital and eventually underwent a c-section. Our beautiful grandson Jameson Theo Brown was born. The rest of the story is told best by our sweet Jameson’s mother. This is what she posted of her Facebook page.

From Liliana Brown:
I wanted to say thank you to everyone that sent me birthday wishes over the last couple of days. I was so touched by all the sweet words. Wow, I have such awesome people in my life!

My birthday was a challenge this year but I was surrounded by family that made me feel so incredibly loved. Some of you have already been informed about the events that changed our lives over the last couple of weeks. On May 19th, at 24 weeks gestation, I was rushed in for an emergency c-section for health issues related to severe preeclampsia. Our sweet Jameson Theo Brown came into world fighting for his life at just under 1 lb. He was immediately admitted to the NICU with stable vitals but within a couple of days he began to struggle breathing. Our strong little warrior of a son went to Heaven early in the morning on May 21st.

Evan and I have never known such pain in our whole lives but we’ve also never experienced such peace at the same time. We know that Heaven is a much better place for our child to be and we KNOW that we will see him again. In his short little existence, Jameson taught us so much. He confirmed that we were able to have children. He was the best birthday gift to my husband. He was our gift from God.

Evan and I are overwhelmed by our desire to live life with more ferocity than ever before. We want to try everything. We want to do that project we always talked about doing. We’re going to take that trip we put on the back burner. We want to love people more intentionally. We want to finish our calling. We want to LIVE! Our Jameson inspired that.

We’re going to get through this and we truly are aware of everyone’s prayers. Thank you for being understanding while we take some time to heal. I’ll try to respond to messages but I may need to stay off of social media for a just a bit too.

Jeremiah 29:11
